DEF Fleet Sales: (Full Time)
We are looking for an experienced salesperson from the fuel or petroleum industry. Someone who has experience selling to fleet operators, regional and or national accounts. This could have been gasoline, diesel, heating oil, natural gas, propane or lubricants. Person must have a working knowledge of the fleet industry and experience in the software programs necessary to communicate with customers and the company. Any experience in delivery logistics and scheduling is a plus. This position requires WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and QUICKBOOKS. This person must have their own reliable and secure computer equipment. Use of cell phone, personal vehicle and car are required. Position is salaried and paid weekly. Commissions are paid monthly.

Marketing / Social Media: (Part Time to Full Time)
We are looking for an experienced marketing person who is task oriented. We need someone to work remotely on Word Press websites as well as FaceBook, LinkedIN and many other social media sites. The person must also be able to conduct research into the fleet operators in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The person must be good on the phone and able to generate reports to provide to management and the sales personnel. Any experience in the fuel industry is a plus (gasoline, diesel, heating oil, natural gas, propane or lubricants.) This person must have their own reliable and secure computer equipment. Must have working knowledge of the social media programs necessary to communicate with prospective customers. This position requires WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK. Use of cell phone, personal vehicle and car are required. Position is paid weekly by-the-hour.

Bookkeeping/Accounting: (Part Time to Full Time)
We are looking for a bookkeeper who has QuickBooks and INTUIT experience. We use QB for our invoicing as well as customer data base. Our Payroll is through QB. We anticipate migrating to a larger program within the next few months. We link to FuelNet database with our main customer. Bookkeeper must have knowledge of the AP/AR processes and experience in software programs necessary to communicate with management. This person must have their own reliable and secure computer equipment. This position requires WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and QUICKBOOKS plus the ability to handle bank reconciliation. Understanding on creating management reports in QB and balance sheets is important. Use of cell phone, personal vehicle and car are required. Position is paid weekly by-the-hour.

Logistics / Scheduling: (Part Time to Full Time)
We are looking for an experienced delivery logistics and scheduling person. Preferably from the fuel or petroleum industry. Someone who has experience in coordinating deliveries to fleet operator locations. This could have been gasoline, diesel, heating oil, natural gas, propane or lubricants. Bulk delivery routing is essential. This person must have working knowledge of the fuel industry and experience in software programs necessary to communicate with customers and the company. While some may be onsite training, the majority of the work will be done at home. Our main client uses FuelNet. This person must have their own reliable and secure computer equipment. All deliveries are done within 100 miles of the Dallas Fort Worth airport. The person must be good on the phone and able to generate reports to provide to management and the sales personnel. This position requires WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK. Use of cell phone, personal vehicle and car are required. Position is paid weekly by-the-hour.
